Founded in 1984, our Club is committed to helping the children of Onslow County. We have raised money and provided countless volunteer hours on our signature projects as well as assisting other agencies who have the same goals as us - children.

We have assisted Onslow Memorial Hospital, Brigade Boys and Girls Club, Onslow Partnership for Children, PEERS, and more.
Some of our accomplishments include supporting the Northside Key Club, Onslow Children's Museum, Kiwanis Cottage at Boys and Girls Home at Lake Wacamaw, shelter at Onslow Pines and purchase of lights for the Belgrade-Swansboro soccer field.

We strive to perform at least one service project a month. Past service projects include road-side clean-up, CHEW pack out of meals, and construction of Little Free Libraries to name a few.

If you are reading this, you ARE the one.

You're the one who knows the importance of a strong education. You value your environment. You hold doors for people and offer a smile when someone holds one for you. You know people deserve to be happy, healthy and safe. We know how you feel because we feel that way too.

And we know you're the one.

You're the one who can change the world, Right now, Right this moment. How do we know? Because we know that everyone has that power within them. Really. You do. One simple act of kindness toward another changes the world. Can you imagine the power you'd have if you joined forces with others who are also the one?

You are the one. It's you. This is an amazing world. Let's continue to make it better by helping children and families live their greatest lives.

We meet the first three Wednesday's of every month in the morning for breakfast beginning at 7:30 AM at Golden Corral, 2055 N Marine Blvd, Jacksonville, NC. We also have one night meeting on the fourth Wednesday of the month. It begins with a social at 5 PM with the location changing monthly.
Attendance at two meetings is required before an application for membership can be considered. Check out the  Kiwanis factsheet for more information on the many  accomplishments that Kiwanians have made for children around the world. All that is necessary is a willingness to attend meetings, work on projects, and help make a difference in the community.

Our Club is part of the Carolinas District of Kiwanis International which includes both North Carolina and South Carolina with 175 plus clubs and over 5,500 members. More information on the District can be found on their website.
